Chelsea, Man United qualify for European Champions League

Today, Sunday 26th of July marked the final day of the longest Premier League season, Chelsea and Manchester United sealed Champions League places as Watford and Leicester City loses to the duo.

The League that started on August 9th last year was interrupted by a three month #Covid-19 break, Last month Liverpool were crowned the champions of the league with Manchester City at 2nd position in the table.

Manchester United finished third in the league table after a 2.0 win away at Leicester City while Chelsea ended in fourth position after beating Wolves same scoreline at Stamford Bridge. At the bottom of the table Bournemouth, Watford and Norwich City dropped to the Championship while Aston Villa had a sigh of relief with draw they needed at West Ham United.

Leicester finished at 5th position and qualify for Europa League. Watford and AFC Bournemouth were relegated from the Premier League.
